In our last blog post we discussed how our designers turn a client’s vision into reality. They lay out all of the specifications for logos, interior design, and sign designs. After this step is complete it will move on to a very crucial part of the process here at AIS: production and installation.
Here to step in is the Production team. They are the bread and butter when it comes to fabricating our clients’ signs and structures. The power of bringing the design to life lies solely in their hands. Our hard working production team, compromised of builders, welders, electrical experience, etc., is able to create and install many different types of displays with ease, such as: monument signs, yard signs, channel letters, vinyl displays, banners, pylon signs, custom creations, and many, many more. They know exactly what materials to use, have the tools provided for them in our facility to always get the job done right, and provide creative solutions for every unique opportunity.
The production manager here at AIS, John Barry, ensures that our clients’ orders are built with care and precision. With John’s guidance and experience, our team and state of the art machines fabricate with extreme accuracy and detail. His job, along with the hard working staff he manages, is to be confident that the signs and displays are install-ready.
Once the signs are done, it’s Mike Groves’ job to make sure the displays are installed when and where they’re supposed to be. He, along with John and our general manager, Rocky, schedules all installation and service projects for AIS. As Mike puts it, “we have to walk the talk that is set up front by the sales department.” His team is tasked with surveying, servicing, assisting with inspections, and completing installation projects safely and efficiently, and in a professional manner both from our clients and other fellow sign companies that hire us to do work that may be out of their travel region.
During the final steps of the signage process here at AIS, the production and installation teams can be trusted to complete the job with exceptional quality and in a timely manner.
